The Bill (Reg.№2784), introduced by the People´s Deputy Yu. Prokopchuk, envisages the possibility of the registration of the labour contract between the worker and natural person in the corresponding department of the State Employment Service of Ukraine by the person authorized by the natural person by the notarial letter of attorney.
The Committee upholds the Bill as according to the members of the Committee its adoption will facilitate the coordination of the Code of Laws of Labour in Ukraine principles to the further improvement of the legal regulation of the labour relations in Ukraine.
